Type I- Limited Asset Search

(Conducted by Means of Direct Investigation)
Request a sample

  1. Identification of subject’s current home and business addresses.
  2. Identification of subject’s current business interests.
  3. Identification of any business interests that the subject may operate under an assumed name.
  4. Identification of subject’s current sources of income.
  5. Investigation of financial institutions and other financial relationships.
  6. Investigation of payments to third party creditors.
  7. Investigation of subject’s current lifestyle.
  8. Verify current ownership of Real Property.
  9. Investigation of subject’s credit report.

Type II- Public Record Search

(Conducted by Means of Direct Investigation)
Request a sample

  1. Verification as to whether subject has filed bankruptcy.
  2. Determine status of Corporate Affiliations.
  3. Provide a listing of UCC Filings identifying filing date, number and secured party.
  4. Provide a listing of suits, liens or judgments involving the subject.
  5. Search for and identify sources of income that may be derived from an assumed name or DBA.
  6. Verify current ownership of real property.

Type III - Standard Asset And Liability Search

(Conducted by Means of Direct Investigation)
Request a sample

  1. Verify subject’s current home address and telephone number.
  2. Verify subject’s current employment, employment address and business telephone number.
  3. Determine if subject has a past or current filing of bankruptcy.
  4. Verify “Good Standing” of subject’s corporate affiliations.
  5. Search UCC Filings.
  6. Investigate to determine ownership and value of current assets which may be readily attachable.
  7. Verify current ownership of Real Property.
  8. Verify current “Market Value or Tax Assessors Value” of Real Property.
  9. Research litigation in which the subject is involved.
  10. Provide a listing of all liens and/or judgments against the subject.
  11. Determine if the subject is operating a business under an assumed name and identify the business and provide a narrative as the viability and profitability of the business.
  12. Search Federal Aviation Administration for registered aircraft, if applicable.
  13. Search US Coast Guard records for registration for water craft, if applicable.
  14. Search for oil and gas interest, if applicable.
  15. Investigation and summary of subject’s credit report.
  16. Investigate credit relationships.
  17. Search for liquid assets.
  18. Provide detailed information concerning subject’s current lifestyle, cash flow, personal activities and business activities.
  19. Search and identify equities in closely held corporations.
  20. Conclusion and recommendations.

Type IV- Comprehensive Asset & Liability Search

Request a sample

This report contains all items in Type I, Type II & Type III Searches, plus the following additional information:

  1. Verification of current mortgages against subject’s real property.
  2. Determination of significant equities in real property.
  3. Search for unencumbered ownership in real property.
  4. Report details of all transactions in which the subject was a grantor or grantee.
  5. Search for hidden asset
