- Provide a listing of suits, liens or judgments involving the subject.
- Search for and identify sources of income that may be derived from an assumed name or DBA.
- Verify current ownership of real property.
Type III - Standard Asset And Liability Search
(Conducted by Means of Direct Investigation)

- Verify subject’s current home address and telephone number.
- Verify subject’s current employment, employment address and business telephone number.
- Determine if subject has a past or current filing of bankruptcy.
- Verify “Good Standing” of subject’s corporate affiliations.
- Search UCC Filings.
- Investigate to determine ownership and value of current assets which may be readily attachable.
- Verify current ownership of Real Property.
- Verify current “Market Value or Tax Assessors Value” of Real Property.
- Research litigation in which the subject is involved.
- Provide a listing of all liens and/or judgments against the subject.
- Determine if the subject is operating a business under an assumed name and identify the business and provide a narrative as the viability and profitability of the business.
- Search Federal Aviation Administration for registered aircraft, if applicable.
- Search US Coast Guard records for registration for water craft, if applicable.

- Investigation and summary of subject’s credit report.

- Provide detailed information concerning subject’s current lifestyle, cash flow, personal activities and business activities.

Type IV- Comprehensive Asset & Liability Search
This report contains all items in Type I, Type II & Type III Searches, plus the following additional information:
- Verification of current mortgages against subject’s real property.
- Determination of significant equities in real property.
- Search for unencumbered ownership in real property.
- Report details of all transactions in which the subject was a grantor or grantee.
- Search for hidden asset
